I see so many art thieves lately and now they seem to have stepped up their game.
In turn I thought i'd be helpful to make a F.A.Q about how to avoid them. I've even seen
some post some of my friends art and it's just plain wrong. However arguing with a art
thief/troll will not work. Doing that only makes them angry and want to ignore you to piss you
off because you pissed them off. Make sense?

Now onto the "How to Avoid Being Scammed By An Art Thief"
I noticed art thieves usually don't think things through and are quick to do the things
to gain popularity and points. I'll give you some tips on how to spot one.

Tip 1. They Spam Uploads
Usually art thieves/scammers steal really good arts, but thats not where I'm going with this.

Sailor Moon: New Anime in 2013 (now w/video)This is not a rumor!
It was officially announced that there will be a BRAND NEW Sailormoon Anime in Summer 2013! The original Japanese VAs for Moon and Tuxy seem to be reprising their roles (based on the conversation in the event). We don't have much more detail, a letter from Naoko said she hopes we like the new series and she's happy to be making it. She said she's overwhelmed at the support the series still has and it makes her happy. She didn't think she could do something new but now she's happy she can bring them back!
They said the audience is intended to be the original fans of the show. It will be like a "powered up" of the original story, aimed at the good girls (and boys!) who grew up with the show. TOEI is doing it.
There was something in the announcement about it being released worldwide but we don't know the details. We do not know what this means as far as a possible English dub/sub. We don't yet know when/how this will reach a US market.

More specifically, many people have been asking and speculating as to why certain voice actors have returned to the show, and certain others, even those who publicly expressed a desire

UPDATE:

People, I know that's a headcanon (the person who posted that image calls "ZIM HEADCANON", doh XP), but I have to say it was really well thinking, right?
That explains lots of episodes XP
Also, for be just a headcanon I can add that it could not be an accident what made him deaf. Maybe that's the defection Zim has. I mean, antennae functions are everything for the Irkens, for hearing, for smelling, for wheater, for guideness and stuff.

Anyway... wanna read other headcanons that I really liked?

Also another reason why Zim may respond to something Dib says that's completely off topic is because... well, Zim is an alien. There's bound to be a language barrier (even if it's all english to us in the show).

I don't think Zim is deaf. They never clearly state that truly is deaf. Yes, he did have that accident all those years back but even BEFORE the accident, he was a trouble maker. I think Zim's just oblivious as to why he repeats himself. Doesn't mean he can't hear, just he doesn't care to. Which, to me, makes more sense than some nonsense that he can't hear.
I think there's some truth to the second photo, but I'm not completely sure. I wouldn't go out to call that it's the same universe as Nny. Yes, he makes an appearance in the Halloween episode, but that surely doesn't mean he's still alive or even in the same dimension. The hill may be the same but I don't think it was intended more than just a joke than to insist a parallel universe.
I don't think they're Canadian. You forget, there are states from the USA up there too. Plus it'd make more sense if they lived in New York. Just saying. And I have reason behind my belief.

Actually, the part about Zim being hard-of-hearing makes sense. Remember that scene in Mortos Der Soulstealer when Dib is yelling to Zim across an empty street and Zim can't hear him? Like this:
